We are looking for a (Senior) Procurement Operations & Systems Manager to build and run our global, centralized procure-to-pay (P2P) operations within the Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC). In this role, you will own the day-to-day procurement operations, policies, and controls – not as a traditional buyer or category manager, but as the leader of how procurement actually runs at scale. You will design and optimize end-to-end processes, manage shared service execution, and drive digital transformation across procurement by implementing and enhancing procurement systems and tools. You will partner closely with Global Controllership, FP&A, Product, Engineering, IT, and business stakeholders across regions to ensure that our procurement operations are efficient, well-controlled, and scalable for a fast-growing global fintech. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience running procurement operations and P2P processes, and who has played a key role in procurement / finance system implementations or process digitalization.
Job Responsibility:
Develop policies and detailed processes for our centralized procure to pay process
Create and manage direct relationships with finance and other functional departments, such as engineering and product team to ensure smooth procurement operations
Manage shared service resources to handle vendor management, PR creation, supplier engagement and ensure compliance to our procurement policy
Continuously explore efficiencies in technology solutions for procurement, including the adoption of new procurement tooling
Collaborate with the FP&A team on continuous spend insights driven by the procurement process
Establish KPI reporting for the procurement ops team to measure success, efficiency and identify opportunities for further improvement
Requirements:
8+ years of procurement and/or partnerships experience (RFP processes, cost negotiations, vendor analysis, etc.)
Experience with building efficient centralized procure to pay processes
Experience working with IT, Product or Engineering procurement
Ability to ramp a new function and establish an operating model
Ability to drive and implement change in a global organization
Curiosity for learning about technical products
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Direct experience implementing new systems
Experience in evaluating metrics and making data-driven decisions
A can-do attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
A proven track record for working well across teams and with external partners
Ability to bring a process-oriented mindset to execute on deliverables
Nice to have:
Prior experience in the payment cards industry or financial services is a plus
Prior experience working in fast-growing Procurement organizations
