A well-established food trading company known for sourcing and distributing quality food ingredients across the region is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager (SEA) as part of their growth strategy.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure stable and competitive supply
Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships to optimise cost, quality, and operational efficiency
Lead contract negotiations and manage supplier performance to meet key business targets (cost, quality, and delivery)
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, R&D) to ensure alignment of procurement with overall business goals
Stay ahead of market trends, consumer demands, and innovation in food ingredient sourcing
Track and analyse supply chain KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Reporting to the MD
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or related field
At least 6–10 years of procurement experience, preferably in food, FMCG or ingredient trading industry
Strong background in sourcing commodity ingredients and managing supplier networks
Excellent negotiation, analytical and stakeholder management skills
