Own and update procurement schedules; report on buying gains and losses. Place comprehensive orders in a timely manner to protect commercial interests. Ensure adherence to Morgan Sindall processes and DELAPs. Contribute to work-winning efforts: provide input to prequalification and tender responses, develop procurement strategies, support supplier/sub-contractor selection, and attend relevant meetings. Support delivery teams and promote safety and sustainability within the supply chain. Seek innovations to enhance engagement and interaction with supply chain partners. Manage and coordinate supply chain performance in collaboration with delivery teams. Skills, Experience and Qualifications Strong relationship management skills to maintain and develop supply chain partnerships. Ability to identify and engage suppliers aligned with company values and standards. Proven experience in subcontract and materials procurement, ensuring best value and adherence to programme timelines. Proficiency in maintaining and updating procurement schedules, with accurate reporting of buying gains/losses. Strong commercial awareness and ability to place comprehensive, risk-aware orders. Familiarity with internal procurement processes and compliance frameworks (e.g., DELAPs) Experience supporting work-winning activities, including prequalification, tender strategy, and supplier selection.
