Job Responsibility:
Oversee and manage procurement activities, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures

Coordinate high-volume invoicing and ensure timely payment processing
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure quality and reliability
Prepare and issue purchase orders while adhering to budgetary guidelines
Collaborate with various departments to identify procurement needs and provide tailored solutions
Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and risks
Ensure all procurement documentation is accurate and up-to-date
Resolve any disputes or issues that arise during the procurement process.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement management, preferably in a corporate or governmental environment
Proficiency in managing purchase orders and high-volume invoicing processes
Strong knowledge of procurement functions, including supplier evaluation and contract negotiations
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable terms with vendors
Familiarity with buying processes and market trend analysis
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
