As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for: Developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with company goals, cost optimization, and operational efficiency. Managing the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, tendering, supplier selection, and contract negotiation. Leading and coordinating procurement activities across projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, including negotiating pricing, terms, and performance conditions. Collaborating closely with Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure compliance, cost control, and contract alignment. Monitoring supplier performance, identifying risks, and ensuring quality and reliability of supply. Managing procurement budgets, cost tracking, and reporting to support financial planning and decision-making. Ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Driving process improvements and digitalization initiatives within procurement. Supporting strategic initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and strengthen market competitiveness.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management
Proven experience in tendering, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
Strong financial and analytical skills with a focus on cost optimization and efficiency.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Albanian and English.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with experience managing suppliers and cross-functional coordination.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
Willingness to travel within the country and abroad.
