Job Description:

We're looking for a senior FS outsourcing procurement specialist to lead commercial negotiations, contract finalisation, and regulatory alignment for a critical programme. The work focuses on pensions registration, reconciliations, and FCA reporting, requiring deep experience in outsourcing / managed services within Financial Services. This is a high-visibility, hands-on FS outsourcing role — not generalist procurement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract execution with outsourcing partners
  • Ensure regulatory compliance (FCA, PRA, operational resilience) and protect company interests
  • Support due diligence, audit-ready documentation, and risk mitigation
  • Advise senior stakeholders and maintain alignment across Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Programme teams
  • Support operational transition, programme planning, and supplier governance

Requirements:

  • Proven FS procurement experience in outsourcing / managed services (Outsourcing Specialist)
  • Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management
  • Familiarity with pensions, reconciliations, custody, or securities operations
  • Comfortable in regulated FS environments (FCA/PRA)
  • 9+ years' experience- senior level candidates
