As the Procurement Manager – North America Logistics and Supply Chain, you will lead the end‑to‑end strategic sourcing and procurement process for the Logistics and Supply Chain Category, including Transportation, Warehousing, and Pallets, managing roughly $320 MM in spend and 350 suppliers. You will drive innovative sourcing strategies, partner with global and regional stakeholders, and guide cross‑functional teams to align processes and policies with business needs. You’ll strengthen supplier relationships, negotiate complex agreements, and ensure smooth, compliant contract implementation. In this role, you will monitor supplier and internal performance, deliver clear insights to executive leadership, assess market trends and emerging technologies, and lead the development and execution of Request for Information (RFI) / Request for Proposal (RFP). You will also oversee the rollout of new contracts and processes while maintaining disciplined tracking of performance metrics.

Requirements
Bachelor of Science Degree in Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
or any relevant degree
5+ years of business experience in a relevant business function
procurement, logistics and/or supply chain
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
