You will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities to support business operations efficiently and cost-effectively. Depending on your level of experience, you may also be involved in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and leading procurement initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Manage sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of goods and services in accordance with company policies
Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to achieve cost savings and value creation
Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships
Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply or quality issues
Support procurement planning, budgeting, and cost control initiatives
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including operations, finance, and logistics
For managerial level: Lead procurement projects, develop sourcing strategies, and mentor junior team members
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2–10 years of procurement or sourcing experience (role level will be matched to experience)
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
Knowledge of procurement best practices and supplier management
Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) is an added advantage
