Job Description

Mint Selection is seeking Procurement Managers, Buyers, and Supply Chain professionals for contract opportunities across renewable energy and grid infrastructure projects. These roles will support the sourcing and delivery of key renewable energy components and project materials across solar PV, BESS, substations, and wider infrastructure projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Source and manage suppliers for renewable energy equipment and materials
  • Support procurement activities aligned with project schedules and milestones
  • Negotiate supplier agreements and manage vendor performance
  • Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities across project delivery
  • Monitor procurement risks and support mitigation strategies
  • Work closely with project teams, contractors, and suppliers

Requirements

  • Previous procurement or supply chain experience within renewable energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and procurement processes
  • Strong understanding of project delivery and material scheduling
  • Knowledge of renewable energy equipment and supply chains advantageous
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
