Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations for our large-scale solar projects. You will be responsible for everything from global sourcing and logistics to rigorous budget monitoring and risk mitigation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic Sourcing: Spearhead procurement for major solar projects (e.g., LSS), overseeing sourcing and logistics from international suppliers (including China) to project sites
  • Cost & Budget Management: Rigorously monitor project budgets to ensure cost efficiency, mitigate risks related to overruns, and implement cost-saving initiatives such as forex risk mitigation
  • Supplier Management: Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers and stakeholders to ensure favorable terms and reliable service delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic preferred), Business Management, or a related field
  • Proven managerial experience in purchasing or procurement, specifically within the solar or renewable energy industry
  • Strong leadership, excellent negotiation abilities, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
