As a Procurement Intern, you will be part of the IPM Procurement Team in Granollers. Job Responsibility:
Supporting multifunctional teams as timeline owner and project facilitator
Following up on new initiatives and product launches, including contacting suppliers for quotations and lead times
Ensuring accurate and timely reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Detecting and proposing new cost‑saving opportunities
Supporting procurement tasks such as price management and supplier coordination
Requirements:
Final-year student in Business Administration, International Business ideally with a specialization or passion in Procurement or Supply Chain
Analytical and data-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
Solid experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Communicate clearly and concisely in an organized and “to the point” manner
Confident in speaking and writing English and Spanish
Open to working with internal ERP tools such as SAP, Sievo, and PlanView
Available to work min 5 hours daily, in the morning for min of 6 months
