Job Description

We are looking for a team member who will be part of our procurement organization and support us on execution of legal requirements defined by government for chemical raw materials. Our new team member is expected to manage/organize procurement related processes of this new legislation (REACH compliance) and support daily procurement operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Follow up regulatory requirements related to raw materials managed by procurement team
  • Getting confirmations and declarations from suppliers to make registration happen with close follow-ups in line with legislations
  • Close relationship with global procurement – regulatory and R&D teams where needed
  • Collect, monitor and manage required information, provide analysis
  • Reporting and presenting outputs with regular updates
  • Supporting for the effective management of procurement and raw material operations where needed
  • Handling operational issues when they arise

Requirements

  • 3th or 4th grade at bachelor’s degree
  • Available to contribute minimum 3 days a week
  • Hungry to learn and curious
  • Must hold a bachelor’s degree from one of the following faculties: Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics
