Job Description

Procurement Expediting Engineer position in the Power Technologies team as part of the M Power Projects Division, responsible for implementing project execution strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing contracts, and coordinating procurement activities for large-scale energy projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Implementation of project execution strategies for packages/components/equipment/services for large-scale, complex energy projects
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams

  • Communication with site partners and colleagues to support on-site activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 2+ years' experience in the engineering field (procurement, contracts/tender, sales, engineering, commissioning roles)
  • Experience in procurement practices and vendor evaluation will be an asset
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to take initiatives
  • Ability to cooperate in constantly changing working conditions
  • Team spirit
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English language
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
