Procurement Executive/ Engineer (CNC/ Machinery)

Lead the end-to-end machining procurement process, from interpreting mechanical drawings and BOM to managing the full RFQ and price negotiation cycle for machined parts. You will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding CNC vendors & managing suppliers, monitoring their performance in quality and delivery, and performing deep cost structure analysis to drive savings. Ultimately, you will ensure supply chain stability by managing supplier capacity and proactively mitigating procurement risks

• Open to fresh grads or those with up to 3 years of working experience
• While Mandarin is an advantage, we are open to non-Mandarin speakers provided you have at least 3 years of relevant working experience
• The ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings/blueprints is strictly compulsory. You must be able to understand technical specs to engage with CNC and fabrication suppliers
• Solar, Semiconductor, or General Manufacturing industries are highly preferred
• Strong negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
