Procurement Engineer

• Drafting, submission, and tracking of Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and quote updates
• Communication and negotiation with Suppliers and Contractors regarding technical and commercial terms
• Coordination and collaboration with Company Engineers on procurement, ordering, and project awarding requirements
• Preparation of Comparative Quotation Tables and participation in their financial and technical assessment
• Drafting and management of Procurement and Subcontracting Agreements up to signing, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures
• Oversight of Orders and Contract Awards progress to completion, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms with the Supplier/Contractor
• Proposal of new Suppliers and Contractors and periodic evaluation of existing partners

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the construction industry
• Excellent communication skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (AEI/TEI)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Fluency in MS Office and good working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Great organization skills, reliability, and effective communication skills
• Proven ability to coordinate complex projects across various teams and management levels

2-3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the construction industry, in Procurement or Construction Management is a plus
