Job Description:

As a Procurement Employee at REMA TIP TOP Netherlands, you ensure the purchasing process runs smoothly — from placing orders to coordinating with suppliers both in the Netherlands and abroad. You work closely with colleagues in sales, logistics, and administration, and play a key role in daily operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Place orders and manage the full procurement process
  • Check and process order confirmations
  • Maintain contact with suppliers in Dutch and English
  • Create and manage items in the system
  • Request and compare prices
  • Approve and process invoices
  • Answer questions from the sales team
  • Prepare and maintain backorder overviews
  • Use Excel for analyses and reports

Requirements:

  • MBO+/HBO level of thinking and working
  • Accuracy, independence, and a true team spirit
  • Proactive mindset and ability to switch tasks quickly
  • Good command of Dutch and English
