Job Description

This is a newly created role within our APAC Procurement function - designed to support our continued expansion across Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia. Reporting to the Head of Procurement APAC, you’ll play a critical role in bringing JD stores to life — coordinating the fixtures, fittings and equipment that shape every in-store experience. This role sits at the intersection of procurement, project coordination and retail delivery, giving you exposure to large-scale store rollouts, international suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in a coordination, procurement, administration or operations-focused role
  • Strong coordination, organisation and time management skills
  • High attention to detail, particularly in reviewing documentation and data
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams and regions
  • Exposure to supplier management and purchase requisition processes
  • Experience maintaining records, tracking requests and managing data
  • Retail, procurement or visual merchandising experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Exposure to fixture procurement or store development activities (advantageous but not essential)
