Job Responsibility:

  • Lead on managing procurement contracts across the Group, including medical consumables, implants, services, and equipment
  • Ensure robust contract governance, mitigating legal, commercial, and financial risks
  • Support effective tendering and negotiations to drive value for money and enhance purchasing power
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring procurement supports efficient clinical outcomes
  • Implement and manage a user-friendly contract register and ensure timely reviews
  • Provide commercial insight to major projects, supplier negotiations, and cost management processes
  • Contribute to the digitalisation of procurement and contract management processes across KIMS and Lyca Health

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in contracts management within procurement & supplies
  • CIPS or degree-level qualification in Procurement, Business Management, or equivalent
  • Proven ability to lead change, negotiate complex contracts, and deliver continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Commercial acumen, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting patient-focused healthcare

Nice to have:

  • Experience in healthcare procurement or a similar regulated environment
