Job Description:

Process requests to purchase goods and services in accordance with procurement policies and procedures. Prepare bid documentation for procurement of materials and services. Post bids on public bidding sites. Prepare appropriate approval documentation for award. Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including executives and clients. Manage project documentation and ensure that project files are up-to-date and accessible. Provide vacation and absence coverage for MBTA Mailroom. Perform all other duties and projects that may be assigned.
