Job Description:

We are looking for a new colleague to join our supportive team as a Procurement Compliance Lead. We are seeking a professional who not only ensures the compliance of procurement processes but also enjoys helping others grow and takes satisfaction in improving systems and processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting transparent and compliant operation of procurement processes and systems (e.g. Ariba)
  • Identifying areas where support is needed and developing clear, practical training materials, as well as delivering trainings – even for larger groups
  • Providing day-to-day support to procurement teams and business stakeholders (P2P, compliance, tools usage)
  • Contributing to the implementation of group-level guidelines and supporting their practical application
  • Participating in audits, preparing reports, and actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • experience in procurement and/or P2P processes
  • confident in using systems (SAP Ariba is an advantage)
  • strong English skills, both written and spoken
