Job Description

The mission of the position is to manage the Procurement Compliance, Regulations & Risks (TOPR) activities related to the Supply Chain of Airbus Defence and Space. The successful candidate will manage the register of regulation impacted articles to enable Airbus Defence and Space compliance.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide guidance, advise and support to Procurement employees & at supplier
  • Cascade information via directives & guidelines
  • Ensure that all requirements are integrated into processes, tools & competences
  • Develop and coordinate the network
  • Evaluate, assess performance
  • Conduct investigation when sustainability risk is identified
  • Anticipate, monitor risks & put in place corrective & improvement actions
  • Support directly the Management in case of specific issues and/or in cases of infringement
  • Develop and maintain the relevant training programme (training, information…)
  • Manage the register of regulation impacted articles to enable Airbus Defence and Space compliance

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in engineering or business administration
  • Experience in the aerospace / chemical sector would be a plus
  • Experience in project management would be a plus
  • Experience of Airbus Defence and Space organization would be a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
  • Strong analytic skills and ability to understand and structure large datasets
  • Strong skills and ability to simplify complex issue and concepts
  • Strong Excel skills (experience in Google Sheets would be a plus)
  • Team spirit and able to work in a dynamic environment
  • English: Negotiation level

Nice to have

French and/or German and/or Spanish would be a plus
