Job Responsibility:
Enter and maintain accurate records of purchase orders to ensure seamless tracking
Verify and reconcile incoming shipments to guarantee the accuracy of deliveries
Perform quality checks to ensure all orders meet specified requirements
Assist with the organization and receipt of larger items and boxes
Coordinate with clinical staff to address ordering concerns and delivery logistics
Provide administrative support for procurement activities, ensuring efficient operations
Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve procurement-related issues
Uphold compliance with procurement policies and procedures
Identify and address discrepancies in orders or deliveries promptly
Support contract negotiation efforts as needed to streamline procurement functions
Requirements:
Previous experience in corporate procurement or similar roles
