Job Description:

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Procurement team, who will be responsible for the sourcing and purchasing activities supporting the operation of our central warehouse and fleet. We are seeking a professional who can confidently manage sourcing projects, run multi round tenders, and enjoys collaborating with cross functional teams as part of a supportive and friendly work environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Full execution of tenders, price indexations, and RFX processes
  • Conducting market benchmarks and identifying alternative suppliers
  • Leading sourcing projects and managing multi round tender processes
  • Participating in logistics development projects (e.g., modernization of forklift fleets)
  • Identifying cost saving opportunities
  • Conducting negotiations with suppliers (pricing, terms, SLAs)
  • Implementing group level recommendations locally and managing local contracting activities
  • Preparing contracts, coordinating approvals, and managing signature processes
  • Creating Ariba requests (supplier selection, price changes, contract approvals)
  • Preparing mandatory reports and ensuring compliance with internal policies
  • Supporting cross functional teams in procurement processes related to logistics and fleet
  • Strengthening the role of Procurement by ensuring early involvement in projects
  • Participating in cross functional meetings and providing regular status updates
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Procurement team’s service level

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of relevant procurement experience in logistics
  • Strong negotiation skills and hands on experience in managing tenders
  • Experience in contract management
  • Basic Excel knowledge (ability to create evaluation tables)
  • Confident English skills, both written and spoken
  • Open, communicative, and friendly personality
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross functional stakeholders
  • Independent, well organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Assertive yet supportive attitude – maintaining a positive team dynamic is essential
