The incumbent in this role will oversee SAP and Coupa support and related activities across North America as it relates to Procurement and Material Control processes. This role will coordinate with Accounts Payable, Vendor Maintenance and IT on SAP and Coupa support as well as with Manufacturing on Master Data Governance activities that impact SAP and Coupa data.
Job Responsibility:
Provide timely and effective support to end users regarding the procure to pay process and systems
Coordinate with SAP and Coupa IT teams to timely address user inquiries and issues
Responsible for all aspects of employee training and vendor on-boarding
Manage process and system changes
Proactively track, monitor, and analyze systems and processes to identify opportunities for process/system improvement
Coordinate approval of SAP and Coupa users
Support the completion of annual audit and SOX control procedures
Manage the Coupa supplier onboarding process
Manage content within Coupa via creation and maintenance of supplier catalogs and forms
Maintain detailed documentation of systems configurations, processes, and service records
Work across the organization to resolve issues and address process and system enhancements
Maintain Coupa/S4 master data in alignment with Global Master Data Governance policies
Liase with SAP and Coupa to resolve any issues, monitor service level agreements and stay updated on new features
Monitor system performance metrics
Approval of new vendor masters and/or changes to vendor master data fields
Support procurement system related projects
Provide regular reports on system status, incidents, and usage metrics
Develop and maintain the department’s online content on multiple internal SharePoint sites and external supplier information websites
Requirements:
BS/BA in business, supply chain, information management or other related fields
4 plus years of experience in a system support role
Knowledge of procure to pay processes, Coupa, SAP, master data governance, training approaches, and supplier management
