As a Procurement Business Partner Specialist, you will own and manage business partner relationships with key stakeholders across the facility management and corporate services functions. You will partner closely with category owners and serve as the primary point of contact for procurement, supporting the development of sustainable supplier solutions and participating in key functional initiatives to align business needs with sourcing strategies.

Represent Above‑Market and At‑Market Procurement in business reviews and stakeholder forums
Facilitate effective information flow between functional stakeholders and sourcing teams to support business strategies and strategic priorities
Partner with functional stakeholders and buyers to align performance metrics in support of the Operational Master Plan (OMP)
Own, track, and report cost improvement initiatives and targets to functional stakeholders
Monitor delivery of business goals and support periodic reassessment of targets as priorities evolve
Identify, quantify, and present cost improvement opportunities to demand generation and corporate services stakeholders for prioritization and implementation
Track progress against targets, identify gaps, and communicate performance insights and gap‑closing actions to Procurement leadership and stakeholders on an ongoing basis
Requirements
