Job Description: Responsibilities - your mission: Support buyers and stakeholders on the deployment of Procurement Digital solutions including support on access management they and their suppliers have to use, ensuring smooth digital adoption. Cross function support to Procurement commodities on transverse projects (R&T, Export Control Data, Enablement, Costing Brochure, Procurement Plan) including the digital set-up and data integration. Optimize and automatize business processes to achieve more efficient results, including establishing standard processes and best practices through deep analysis. Develop detailed project plans and manage all implementation processes for digital and process improvement initiatives. Data management support/maintenance including data cleansing (digital dashboard, procurement tools, specific trackers), current tools improvements, and the active application of AI / Gemini tools for data enhancement. Maintain and perform awareness sessions on procurement processes and digital tool utilization to buyers and stakeholders (risk management). Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), regularly report progress, and adjust strategies based on rigorous, data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a STEM area (Engineering, Information Technology, etc.), Business, or a related quantitative field
  • Experienced in a Data / Business Analyst role (e.g., 3+ years)
  • Previous experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL, and Google Sheets/Excel formulas
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) and data visualization tools to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikSense)
  • Good analytical and data literacy skills, with the ability to both read, comprehend, communicate, and debate data and its context, as well as interpret large datasets and translate data into strategic business actions
  • A digital background and eagerness to adopt emerging technologies, with a specific understanding of how to utilize and prompt AI/Generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini) to drive business insights. Must possess a tools improvement mindset focused on AI integration and continuous development
  • Project Management skills for leading improvement initiatives
  • Communication, presentation, and change management skills (especially for digital adoption)
  • Be customer focused, understand priorities, and be accountable for results
