In this environment of transformation, our client is looking for a curious, detail?oriented and collaborative professional to join their team as a Business Analyst Procurement. In this role, you will contribute to key procurement systems, ensuring seamless Source?to?Procure processes and empowering business stakeholders with reliable tools and insights. You will collaborate closely with a supportive Procure-to-Pay systems team and engage with cross?functional colleagues across procurement, operations, audit, and ICT. You’ll make a real impact by enabling efficient procurement workflows and strengthening operational integrity within the European energy market.

Job Responsibility

  • Support users across the organisation in navigating and optimising the Coupa platform, working closely with procurement teams, internal clients and ICT colleagues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to follow up on business requests, particularly regarding integrations and SAP MM configuration
  • Maintain accurate and aligned data between Coupa and SAP, ensuring strong data governance
  • Prepare recurring and ad?hoc reports for procurement leadership and other internal stakeholders using Excel and Power BI
  • Assist the SAP MM user community by addressing questions, offering guidance and escalating issues to ICT when necessary
  • Support execution of new procurement controls, including anti?fraud and policy?driven measures developed with internal audit
  • Contribute to updating digital manuals, procurement procedures and documentation
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for process questions, helping improve the operating rhythm of procurement support activities

Requirements

  • Ambition to further develop your career in digital procurement, energy infrastructure or operational excellence
  • Proven experience in a similar role supporting procurement systems or Source-to-Procure processes
  • Proficiency in SAP MM (S/4HANA)
  • Working experience with tools such as SAP MM, Coupa, Excel and Power BI is essential
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect clearly with diverse stakeholders
  • Fluent communicator in Dutch or French, with solid comprehension of the other national language, and fluency in English
  • Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines and propose thoughtful improvements
  • Structured thinking, critical analysis and a proactive mindset
