This role provides essential admin support to the Autoglym Procurement function, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials into the business. Working closely with Planning, Design, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Manage daily MRP exception messages
Expedite purchase orders
Maintain accurate system data
Act as the first point of contact for supplier queries and non‑conformances
Oversee international shipping processes
Maintain procurement documentation
Resolve invoice and order queries
Support KPI reporting
Help drive process improvements
Ensure all procurement activities are completed accurately, on time, and in line with Autoglym’s values
Requirements:
