Job Description:

You'll be part of our Procurement team led by Rémi and you will report directly to Bryan. The team consists of 4 procurement professionals supporting Mirakl's global operations. Together, you'll be driving strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier relationship management to support the growth and efficiency of Mirakl.

Job Responsibility:

  • Actively contribute to the development and growth of the Procurement department by bringing fresh perspectives and procurement expertise to internal stakeholders (spend cube analysis, KPI definition, business cases, TCO analysis, category approach, action plans/roadmaps)
  • Manage end-to-end procurement projects autonomously including RFI, RFP, and direct negotiations across all spend categories
  • Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders involved in the purchasing process to ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations
  • Support internal stakeholders in implementing and maintaining a Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) approach
  • Contribute to daily Procurement operations including contract management tool updates, savings reporting, and corporate card management
  • Collaborate closely with the G&A department (Finance & Accounting, Legal, Compliance, Security)
  • Participate in integrating artificial intelligence into daily processes, including creating AI agents to automate recurring tasks and optimize team productivity

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (M1/M2) in Procurement from a business school or university program
  • Previous experience within a Procurement department, ideally gained in an e-commerce/digital company or start-up
  • Looking for a 1-2 year apprenticeship starting September 2026
  • Rigorous, sociable, organized, proactive, and autonomous
  • Strong interest in e-commerce and Mirakl's business sector
  • Team player: You thrive in collaborative environments, including international contexts
  • Passionate about AI and emerging technologies

  • Organize, delegate, and liaise with operators, rigging crews, supervisory personnel, and project teams to ensure safe and efficient crane setups and takedowns
  • Ensure risks related to crane configuration, ground bearing capacity, boom assembly, lifting components, and rigging selection are properly anticipated, assessed, and mitigated
  • Manage the crane maintenance, inspection, and certification program, ensuring all crawler cranes, rigging gear, and below‑the‑hook devices remain in safe working order
  • Coordinate with internal mechanics and external service providers to ensure timely repairs, annual certifications, NDT inspections, and OEM‑required maintenance
  • Ensure cranes are physically maintained to a clean and serviceable condition presenting a professional image of the Surespan when being transported or on the job
