Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Procurement Agents (Levels 2 ,3 or 4) to join the In-Service Supply Chain team located in Everett, WA and Seal Beach, CA. The ideal candidate will provide strategic and operational supply chain support to both external partners and internal stakeholders. Within BCA, Procurement Agents manage a complex global supplier network that supplies critical components for Boeing’s commercial aircraft. The In-Service Supplier Performance organization specifically focuses on oversight of supplier proprietary parts across all commodities. They interface directly with suppliers and airline customers to enforce product-support contract requirements, strengthen aftermarket supplier support, and increase fleet reliability and operational effectiveness for customers. This position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution. The successful candidate will be results-driven, experienced in managing supplier recoveries, and proactive in identifying process improvements to support the One Boeing Supply Chain vision. Key responsibilities include standard supply chain management tasks, data analysis, forecasting, resolving supply-demand issues, and other duties as assigned.
