Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our team. The Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the procurement process by managing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods and services.

Job Responsibility

  • Create, review, and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Liaise with suppliers to confirm order details, negotiate terms, and address any discrepancies
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels to meet organisational needs
  • Cultivate positive relationships with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues
  • Maintain organised and up-to-date records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements
  • Assist in negotiating prices and terms with suppliers to secure advantageous agreements
  • Monitor and report on purchasing costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints
  • Work closely with other departments, including logistics and finance, to ensure a seamless procurement process
  • Address and resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries, or quality concerns
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the purchasing function
