Job Description:

An experienced Procurement Administrator is required to support a team with tasks like purchasing materials, tracking deliveries, managing procurement trackers, and handling client communications. Immediate start with potential for permanence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Team Administration support relating to purchasing materials and services
  • Price and order goods
  • Track and coordinate deliveries
  • Manage the internal Procurement tracker
  • Raise Purchase Orders
  • Order processing
  • Order tracking and logging of PODs
  • Telephone and Email responses to clients

Requirements:

  • Experience in Procurement
  • Access to own transport
  • Team Administration support relating to purchasing materials and services
  • Price and order goods
  • Track and coordinate deliveries
  • Manage the internal Procurement tracker
  • Raise Purchase Orders
  • Order processing
  • Order tracking and logging of PODs
