Job Responsibility:

  • Launch of the daily routine, within the horizon of a week
  • Attend the daily production monitoring meeting: Report production progress, report parts availability, provide support to adjust daily priorities
  • Support Work Order Management
  • Support component Management including missing parts and logistics distribution: Potential availability, transfer protocol and unexpected missing part
  • Collaborate in coordination of parasitic flow with another department: Non-conformities, Over-delivery, lost parts, cannibalization
  • Collaborate in coordination of outstanding works: Manage pending logistics flows, manage the transfer of internal/external responsibility for work orders

Requirements:

  • Knowlegde in logistics and supply chain processes
  • Well organized and conscious on time value
  • Reliable in business and firm in Ethics and Compliance behavior
  • Open mindset to work in an international environment
  • Focused on problem solving
  • SAP user / knowledge (material mgmt.)
  • Excel
  • GSuite (Gmail, GSheets, etc)
  • Spanish negotiation level
  • English negotiation level
