Job Description

Proclinical is seeking a Procure to Pay Specialist for a contract role based in the US. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and attention to detail in managing data migration activities.

Job Responsibility

  • Participate in all phases of financial data conversion projects, including data extraction, cleansing, mapping, and validation between legacy and target systems
  • Review pre- and post-conversion data to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Collaborate with IT project managers and third-party implementation consultants to define data migration requirements and resolve discrepancies
  • Develop and execute test scripts and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans for converted data
  • Document data mapping decisions, conversion procedures, and issue logs throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of financial data conversion processes and best practices
  • Proficiency in data extraction, cleansing, mapping, and validation techniques
  • Experience collaborating with IT teams and external consultants on data migration projects
  • Ability to develop and execute test scripts and UAT plans effectively
  • Excellent documentation skills to track decisions, procedures, and issues

  • Work with cross-functional organizations and platforms to analyze and qualify problems through advanced data analysis techniques
