Job Description:

Serve as the primary lead for Procore implementation efforts — from requirements gathering and solution design through deployment, stabilization, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions are configured to support operational, financial, and compliance objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and gap analysis with stakeholders
  • Configure and administer Procore modules, workflows, and templates
  • Partner with technical teams on integrations (ERP, APIs) and data migrations
  • Plan and execute testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and cutovers
  • Support training, change management, and adoption efforts
  • Drive ongoing improvements, reporting, and analytics support
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead adoption initiatives

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in business systems analysis, functional consulting, or Procore implementation
  • Hands-on experience configuring and deploying Procore (especially Financials, Execution, and Cost Management)
  • Experience supporting audits, compliance, and data integrity in construction or ERP environments
  • Skilled at translating complex business needs into technical requirements
  • Experience with testing cycles, data migrations, and system cutovers
  • Strong communication skills across technical and business audiences
  • Familiarity with MS Office
  • BI tools (e.g., Power BI) a plus
  • Experience working in construction, engineering, or project-based finance
  • Experience with ERP integrations (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and APIs
