Job Responsibility:

Process DC advising /Import and Export bills checking/recording/loan drawdown/repayment/vouchers posting and all other trade products according to UCP, ISBP, procedures, guidelines and standard of services
Maintain good relationships with internal and external customers and support the sales functions of Trade products
Follow and report pending/irregular items and remind respective business unit from time to time
To relief/assist other teammates during their absence or rush hours, and to perform any duties assigned by the superiors

Requirements:

Basic knowledge with all international / domestic trade practices is a good plus
Good team work spirit
Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software
