But, we leave it up to you to shape our future and your career aspirations.Our Production Operators are the feeder group for all production-based operator positions within various production departments, which include Unloading, Dry Pet Processing, and Dry Pet Packing. Team members go through a training period and afterwards will be moved to one of several critical factory positions to operate, including Extruder Operator, Utility, Packing Operator, etc. In this position, you will enjoy competitive weekly pay starting at $29.53 an hour during the new hire probation period and increasing to $35.65 an hour when the probationary period has been successfully completed.
