Requirements:

  • Set up and monitor dough divider, moulder, and flour systems
  • Adjust cut-weights, straighten dough in pans, and remove defects
  • Feed pans and dough
  • lift up to 20 lbs
  • Operate slicers, wrappers, and Kwik-lok machines
  • Monitor bread quality, slice count, and packaging clarity
  • Conduct metal detector checks
  • Set up coding machines, autocasers, and tape equipment
  • Ensure correct wrap and labeling
  • Record checkweigher and metal detector data
  • Organize and supply packaging materials using forklift/pallet jack
  • Position flour bins (up to 600 lbs) and fill sifters
  • Perform basic maintenance (blade changes, lubrication)
  • Report equipment issues and write work notifications
  • Assist with preventive maintenance
  • Clean work areas, assist other line roles
  • Follow all safety, GMP, HACCP, CTS, and SQF protocols
  • Good attendance and punctuality required
