Job Description:

A pivotal role at the heart of product development, where you'll translate innovative recipes into scalable, production-ready products that meet the highest standards of quality, safety and commercial performance.

Job Responsibility:

Lead factory trials through to launch
Work cross-functionally with NPD, Technical, Production and Commercial teams
Ensure customer-approved recipes can be delivered efficiently, cost-effectively and consistently at scale
Plan trials and manage documentation
Conduct testing, validation and post-trial analysis

Requirements:

Experience as a Process Technologist or within NPD
Confidence leading trials in fast-paced factory environments
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent relationship-building ability
Highly organised with sharp attention to detail

Nice to have:

Chilled experience is a bonus
