As a Process Technician in the Manufacturing and Logistics sector, your daily duties will involve: Setup and configuration of the SMT line, including paste printers, pick-and-place machinery, reflow ovens, and AOI systems. Operating the PCBA line for daily manufacturing targets while ensuring adherence to technical specifications. Optimizing and troubleshooting the PCBA line to maximize efficient operation and significantly reduce machine downtime. Performing detailed process data collection and monitoring to support Statistical Process Control (SPC) studies. Implementing requested engineering changes (ECO/ECN) into the production line accurately. Conducting first-article inspections to ensure all products meet strict customer requirements and quality standards. Performing daily maintenance on the PCBA line to ensure longevity and reliability of the equipment. Preparing comprehensive daily production reports to track output and quality metrics. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace by implementing and upholding 5S housekeeping principles. Collaborating with the engineering team to refine manufacturing processes and improve overall yield.

Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical preferred)
1-2 years of hands-on experience in SMT machine operations (preferred but fresh grads encouraged)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
Solid knowledge of PCB assembly processes and electronic component identification
Knowledge of IPC standards is considered a strong asset
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle manufacturing equipment
Eligibility to work full-time hours in Canada
Commitment to a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies
