Job Description:

Support Project Managers and QA members in applying internal quality processes and project plans. Assist in monitoring project activities to ensure compliance with development processes. Support collecting and consolidating QA reports such as KPI, Risk, Issue, and Non-Conformity reports. Participate in performing process audits under mentor guidance. Support project teams in using project management tools (Jira, Redmine, Confluence). Assist in analyzing process issues and proposing improvement ideas. Join internal training sessions on QA knowledge, software development processes, and quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • 3rd – 4th year student or fresh graduate in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Quality Management
