Process Quality Assurance Fresher

• Assist in monitoring and ensuring the quality of processes across various projects within the company
• Support the implementation of quality assurance (QA) standards and procedures to maintain compliance with company policies and client requirements
• Participate in reviewing and auditing project documentation, ensuring all processes align with QA best practices
• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions
• Assist in preparing QA reports, tracking performance metrics, and highlighting areas for improvement
• Support QA team in conducting training sessions for other departments on quality standards and practices

• Final year students or fresh graduates in Information Technology, Quality Management, or a related field
• Basic understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in English is an advantage
• Can work full-time
