Job Description:

The Process Owner is responsible for understanding, mapping, improving, and governing core operational processes across the firm. They act as the day-to-day curator of how workflows, ensuring processes are efficient, measurable, well-documented, and continuously improved.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process Discovery & Mapping
  • Document current-state workflows using BPMN, swim lanes, flow diagrams, or similar notations
  • Identify pain points, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Requirements & Analysis
  • Run workshops, interviews, and observations to elicit business needs
  • Translate findings into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures
  • Operational Improvement Support
  • Support idea validation and the intake → assessment → planning → execution → review lifecycle
  • Contribute to impact analysis, prioritization scoring, and business cases
  • Governance & Documentation
  • Maintain updated SOPs, playbooks, and process maps
  • Track performance metrics such as cycle time, error rates, and throughput
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Operations, IT Apps, PMO, and SMEs to align on process improvements
  • Participate in stand-ups, planning reviews, and retrospectives

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years in Business Analysis, Operations, or Continuous Improvement
  • Process mapping and requirements elicitation
  • Basic data analysis (Excel/BI tools)
  • Strong communication and facilitation
