Job Description:

As a Process Operator, you will play a crucial role in imec’s production and research environment. You’ll work in a cleanroom, operating advanced tools used in the development of next-generation chip technologies. This is a full-time position involving shift work and offers long-term career potential within a global high-tech environment.

Job Responsibility:

Operate high-end process equipment in a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment
Organize and plan your work to meet operational goals and priorities
Monitor and ensure the quality of the production processes you manage
Carry out detailed quality tests with high precision
Report technical issues clearly to imec’s engineering team
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficiency at all times
Actively contribute to process improvement suggestions

Requirements:

Hands-on, precise, and responsible
A team player who takes initiative and communicates openly
Comfortable working in shifts and flexible in working hours
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Willing to work in a 4-week rotating shift schedule
