Job Description:

For a client specializing in the manufacturing of high-tech composite assemblies for aircraft and the final system integration of space assemblies, we are seeking experienced Process Operators. The role involves operating a large autoclave oven in a 2-shift system (early and late).

Job Responsibility:

Starts up and monitors the autoclave
Connects electrical and pneumatic components
Prepares molds and de-molds parts
Performs quality checks on components
Solves first-line problems and takes appropriate actions according to established procedures
Addresses computer malfunctions
Maintains contact with surrounding departments
Works alternating early and late shifts
Cooperates and takes responsibility at their level in relation to ISO 14001

Requirements:

Possesses several years of experience in process engineering as an operator
Demonstrates the ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure
Is a team player with a flexible approach to work
Works with accuracy and a very methodical manner
