Job Responsibility:
Operate the steel melting process in the electric arc furnace
Control, operate, and maintain the equipment and processes in the smelting workshop
Focus on troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems related to the melting processes
Verify, document, and record data
Actively contribute to creating a safe working environment by participating in the development and maintenance of process control and safety procedures
Be a role model in fostering a culture where safety is always the top priority, and coach and guide less experienced colleagues to create a safe and efficient workplace together
Be entrusted with making decisions and proactively finding solutions
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Documented qualifications in workplace safety (e.g., OSHA, confined space work, working at heights)
Experience in developing work methods and participating in development projects
