Process Operator (Crushing Console)

As a Crushing Operator at Wilmar Sugar and Renewables, you'll be responsible for operating the cane feeding and crushing stations whilst working closely with the operations shift team. This permanent position is based at Pioneer Mill in North Queensland's Burdekin region. During the crush, the role follows a continuous rotating shift roster, which may include weekends and occasional overtime. Once the crushing is complete and the Mill enters the maintenance period, the role switches to a day work schedule with RDOs most Fridays.
