We are looking for an experienced Process Mapping & SOP Consultant to join our team on a short-term contract basis. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and optimize critical workflows related to onboarding and offboarding processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by creating streamlined documentation and facilitating improvements in operational efficiency.
Job Responsibility:
Lead process mapping sessions with stakeholders to analyze current onboarding and offboarding workflows, identifying triggers, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement
Develop detailed process diagrams that clearly illustrate workflows, decision points, and role responsibilities
Create comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on refined process diagrams, ensuring clarity and usability
Facilitate collaborative discussions to align stakeholders on workflow updates and proposed process improvements
Conduct follow-up reviews to present finalized SOPs and gather feedback to ensure accuracy and completeness
Document future-state workflows with a focus on compliance, timing, and role clarity
Address gaps in handoffs and access within existing processes, proposing actionable solutions
Ensure that all documentation aligns with organizational standards and supports cross-functional collaboration
Provide insights and recommendations for improving HR operations and compliance-driven processes
Utilize expertise in process mapping tools and techniques to deliver high-quality outputs
Requirements:
Proven track record in business process analysis and mapping, with experience using process mapping tools
Skilled in translating complex workflows into actionable diagrams and clear documentation
Expertise in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from established workflows
Strong facilitation and communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively
Experience working in HR operations or compliance-driven environments
Ability to identify and address inefficiencies in workflows and recommend practical solutions
Knowledge of cross-functional workflow design and optimization
Nice to have:
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar systems
