Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Process Mapping & SOP Consultant to join our team on a short-term contract basis. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and optimize critical workflows related to onboarding and offboarding processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by creating streamlined documentation and facilitating improvements in operational efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead process mapping sessions with stakeholders to analyze current onboarding and offboarding workflows, identifying triggers, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop detailed process diagrams that clearly illustrate workflows, decision points, and role responsibilities
  • Create comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on refined process diagrams, ensuring clarity and usability
  • Facilitate collaborative discussions to align stakeholders on workflow updates and proposed process improvements
  • Conduct follow-up reviews to present finalized SOPs and gather feedback to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Document future-state workflows with a focus on compliance, timing, and role clarity
  • Address gaps in handoffs and access within existing processes, proposing actionable solutions
  • Ensure that all documentation aligns with organizational standards and supports cross-functional collaboration
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving HR operations and compliance-driven processes
  • Utilize expertise in process mapping tools and techniques to deliver high-quality outputs

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business process analysis and mapping, with experience using process mapping tools
  • Skilled in translating complex workflows into actionable diagrams and clear documentation
  • Expertise in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from established workflows
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively
  • Experience working in HR operations or compliance-driven environments
  • Ability to identify and address inefficiencies in workflows and recommend practical solutions
  • Knowledge of cross-functional workflow design and optimization
