Person will be responsible for evaluating, optimizing, and improving chemical manufacturing processes to enhance plant performance, productivity, and cost efficiency. Working at the Rajasthan Unit, which already operates three plants, the role will focus on debottlenecking existing operations, driving process improvements, and supporting expansion or modification projects. The position requires strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and hands-on experience in chemical process design and troubleshooting.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct detailed analysis of plant processes to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions
Develop and execute debottlenecking plans to increase throughput, improve yields, and reduce downtime
Prepare process design calculations, flow diagrams (PFDs), and P&IDs for modifications
Ensure integration of new equipment or systems with existing plant operations
Provide technical support to operations for troubleshooting process issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputed institute (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum 10 years of experience in process engineering in the chemical manufacturing industry
Proven track record in debottlenecking chemical plants and improving operational efficiency.
