As an Associate, Process Manager at Capital One, you will be part of a smart, talented team responsible for creating and enhancing processes within the Sales Center of Excellence Command Center. Job Responsibility:
Day to day oversight of multiple business processes
Monitor, report, and plan process improvement or manage process controls
identify process improvement opportunities and implement them through collaboration with other groups
Resolve complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes
escalate breakdowns in the process by asking the right questions and identify and involve the right stakeholders to correct breakdowns
Develop and maintain formal process documents, and document processes and projects (creating project reports, presentations, business cases, and diagrams)
Collaborate on larger initiatives, including representing the department on broader change control forums for input and to represent department interests
challenge forum decisions if project outcome impacts department processes
Provide training to internal customers on specific processes they manage
may deliver presentations, including up to the executive level
Requirements:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or G Suite
At least 1 year of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, or Risk Management
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification
